SUBSTANCE: method for manufacture of heating floor panel includes molding of reinforced concrete slab with grooves on one of its faces, installation of heating elements in grooves and application of covering. After molding of reinforced concrete slab, electric insulating mixture is applied to face surface with grooves and slab side surfaces. Then, grooves are filled with conductive concrete mix, and second layer is applied to slab face with grooves and side faces, and slab is covered by box-like reinforcing cage, and forms are installed and concrete layer is placed.
