FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to factory production of volumetric reinforced concrete blocks for civil construction. Disclosed is a method of making a reinforced concrete volumetric block, including the assembly of a spatial reinforcement block, to which embedded parts and lifting loops are attached, performing electrical installation works on the finished spatial reinforcement unit, preparing the surface of the moulding boards of the moulding unit for operation, installation of external shields and core in working position, supply of concrete mixture to assembled and reinforced moulding unit, heat treatment, thermal cooling, stripping and transfer of the finished reinforced concrete volumetric block to the assembly and finishing station and to the finished product warehouse. Concrete mixture contains cement, sand, crushed stone, water; additionally, an antifoaming agent is added to the concrete mixture in amount of 0.2-0.9 kg per 1 m³ of the concrete mixture. Concrete mixture is laid in a circular manner according to the principle of "winding" the concrete mixture on the core of the moulding unit with a laying speed of 0.02-0.03 m³/s, concrete mixture mobility of 21-25 cm, height of the layer of the concrete mixture laid into the moulding unit is 0.35-0.55 m, the vibration time of the layer of the concrete mixture laid into the moulding unit is 35-55 s, depth of compaction of upper layer of concrete mixture by submersible high-frequency vibrators is 0.4-1.0 m, driving force of suspended vibrators is 9.3-11.3 kN.

EFFECT: improving surface quality of reinforced concrete volumetric block and strength of concrete.
