FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: housing 1 and sleeve 2 secured to the housing define ring space 3 wherein pistons 4 of a rotor are received. The rotor is mounted on rotating shaft 6 together with shaped disk 7 having negative cams 8. Rollers of spring-loaded hollow plungers 9 interact with cams 8. Heads 10, which interact with pistons 4, are secured to the opposite ends of the plungers. The profiles of cams 8 and pistons 4 are defined by function y = c· sinKx at the part of the curve between two adjacent tops. Head 10 is made up as a frame formed of a rectangular parallelepiped and two planes set on it and defining isosceles triangle in cross-section. The angle near the base of the triangle are less than the angle which is defined by the tangent to the function y = c· sinKx at the point of crossing the sinusoid with OX axis. When shaft 6 rotates, cams 8 interact with rollers and plungers 9 reciprocates axially. Heads 10 slide over the surface of pistons 4 to provide minimal space between the tops of the heads and pistons 4 of the rotor. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 4 dwg
