FIELD: manufacturing construction materials. SUBSTANCE: plant has furnace with heating, roasting and cooling zones, gas distributing grates mounted inside it and interconnected through cross flow devices, hot and cold cyclones, heat exchanger, gas purifying system, and air blower. The heat exchanger has two housing. Each housing has two zones and is provided with the gas distributing grates. The above-grate space of the roasting zone of the furnace is connected with the inlet branch pipe of the cylindrical part of the cyclone through a gas duct. The outlet branch pipe of the cyclone cylindrical part is connected with a gas duct coupled with under-grate space of the last heating zone of the furnace and the second zone of the first housing of the heat exchanger whose above-grate space of the first zone is connected with the under-grate space of the first heating zone of the furnace. An additional cold cyclone is positioned downstream of the first part of the cooling zone of the furnace whose above-grate space is connected with the inlet branch pipe of the cylindrical part of the additional cyclone through an air duct and outlet branch pipe of its cylindrical part is connected with under- grate space of the second zone of the second housing of the heat exchanger through an air duct. The above-grate space of the first zone of the heat exchanger is connected to the under-grate space of the roasting zone of the furnace through an air duct. The outlet branch pipe of the hot cyclone is connected with the inlet branch pipe of the additional cold cyclone whose outlet branch pipe is coupled with the inlet branch pipe of the cold cyclone. The outlet branch pipe of the cold cyclone is connected with under-grate space of the second part of the cooling zone of the furnace. The zones of the first and second housings of the heat exchanger are interconnected through the cross flow devices. EFFECT: improved design. 1 dwg
