SUBSTANCE: plant contains thermal preparation zone made in form of rotary furnace, bulking zone made in form of fluidized bed furnace and granule cooling device made in form of fluidized bed thermoholding apparatus and multi-zone fluidized bed air heater, as well as with additional combustion chamber with natural gas burner connected with air heater by means of air duct; burner is also connected with fluidized bed furnace and rotary furnace by means of gas ducts; plant is provided with two-valve gates fitted on bypass devices between zones of air heater, between rotary furnace and fluidized bed furnace, between fluidized bed furnace and thermoholding apparatus, between multi-zone air heater and cyclone.
