FIELD: laser engineering. SUBSTANCE: coat is applied to substrate by atmospheric- pressure plasma flow gradually doped with element-organic compounds and alternating layers of oxides with different refractive indices are deposited respectively. Each layer is applied at N-times high-speed crossing of plasma flow by substrate; thickness of each layer may varry between α/40/40 and α/22, where α is length of radiation wave to which coat is specified. Plasma flow may be created by at least two converging plasma jets whose converging area is posed with element-organic compoound. Prior to applying coat, substrate may be covered with thin layer of silicon oxide. The latter may be also applied to external layer of coat to protect it against dirt. EFFECT: improved adhesive properties, reduced absorption and dissipation loss, improved mechanical endurance of coat. 4 cl
