FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: aggregate has enriching apparatus 1, dehydrator 2 in the shape of a box mounted on flexible supports 20 and vibration activator 19 with directed oscillations. Shutter 16 with drive 17, branch pipe 13 for the water disposal connected with vacuum pump 14 through air purifier 15 and branch pipe 12 for the gravitational water disposal are mounted on dehydrator 2. The aggregate is equipped with pick-up 6 of the material level which is connected with drive 17 of the gate, vibration activator 19 and vacuum pump 14. The material goes to apparatus 1 where it is separated. The hard particles are stored on chamber 7 up to the level of pickup 6. The signal from pickup 6 goes to the control board to switch on pump 14, to open gate 16 and to switch on vibration activator 19. The large-sized thickened material goes to V-shaped box 8 of dehydrator 2 through jacket 21. Jacket 21 suppresses the dehydrator oscillations. The material travels along box 8 and is unloaded outwards through open gate 16 and chute 18. As the material moves along the box, the water is squeezed out into water header 9 through perforated surface 10. The water is sucked off by pump 14 through air purifier 15. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of the dehydration of fine-grained materials and enhanced reliability. 1 cl, 2 dwg
