FIELD: concentration of minerals containing noble metals, mainly, gold; applicable in concentration of metal-containing wastes of mining industry. SUBSTANCE: production line for recovery of noble metals from rocks includes pulping machine-disintegrator, conical hydraulic screen with control sieve, waste rock dump, dump, rotary hydraulic mill, multiproduct hydraulic classifier with metal trap and removable accumulating vessel for coarse concentrate, concentrator for concentration of fine product, vessel for barren fine rock, vessel for fine concentrate, unit for concentration and dewatering of fine concentrate and clarification of circulating water, dump for fine barren rocks, pumping unit located in water reservoir and pipelines. Multiproduct hydraulic classifier operates in closed cycle with rotary hydraulic mill. Ground product in hydraulic classifier is separated into three fractions. Overflow is fed to the unit for concentration and dewatering of fine-grained material and clarifying of circulating water prior to its discharge into water reservoir. Middle fraction is directed to concentrator. Coarse fraction is fed to metal trap. Trapped concentrate is directed to removable accumulating vessel, and metal-barren rock concentrations, to the sump. Water from water reservoir is directed to pulping machine-disintegrator, hydraulic classifier and concentrator. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
