FIELD: application of polymer powder coatings. SUBSTANCE: installed in feeder is bent membrane with hole system. Electrizer is made in form of solid disk whose round end faces have spiral grooves. Inlet of each groove is connected with feeder inlet. Outlet of each groove is connected with electrizer outlet nozzle. Adjacent to each round end face of disk are dielectric plates with spirally arranged holes. Sum of cross-section areas of feeder membrane holes equals that of spiral channels of electrizer. EFFECT: higher efficiency and quality of coatings. 2 dwg
