Device has cover 7(27) for holding device 6 from axial displacement. Cover 7(27) is connected with body 1 and forms chamber 4 together with body. Body may be made in form of one part. Body supporting surface is adjacent to cover 7 to hold holder 14 of atomizer 15. Body may be made of two sections 25 and 26 with cover 27 connected with one of them. This version has body supporting surface adjacent to this part of body for holding holder 14 of atomizer 15. Distance between drop preventing device (membrane) 6 and atomizer 15 is reduced as much as possible, forms are simplified and design is reliable. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 11 cl, 4 dwg
