FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: proposed plant comprises the frame with sprayers fitted at movable support, fluid and gas feed manifolds. Sprayer cases feature stepped axial channel with seat at lower part and adapter at top part. Cylindrical ledge with conical bearing surface is arranged inside said stepped axial channel. Besides, there is feed pipe with ledge and thrust bush arranged to get to simultaneous conical surface of cylindrical ledge and inner conical surface of stepped axial channel of the case. Said feed pipe accommodates hollow valve extending beyond the seat and combs with nozzles. Note here that aforesaid support has pulse gas head composed of the case with ledge in axial channel and toroidal chamber with balls equipped with nozzles. Has head case axial channel is closed from above by cover with gas manifold feed pipe and, from below, by plug with bolt at the centre extending into axial channel ledge. Note here that gas head case is equipped with several tangential channels to communicate its axial channel with toroidal chamber inner space.

EFFECT: shock-wave structure with circulation zones and transient zones and fluid and gas feed modes.
