FIELD: motors and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in fuel supply systems of internal combustion engines (ICE). In a filter cartridge (CC) for a fuel filter, filter element (4) and additive module are connected and stacked so as to allow them to be inserted integrally into a filter housing. Substantially annular filter medium (5) delimits inner space (9) into which at least one part (24) of the attachment end of the additive module can be engaged. Liquid additive is stored in a casing forming tank (13) that is subjected to a fuel pressure and delimits internal volume (V2) of tank (13). Additive module has external connection (28) with liquid additive outlet channel (12), said external connection (28) including sealing means (37, 38) for automatically sealing the outlet channel in a disengaged state of the external connection.
EFFECT: disclosed are a fuel filter and a cartridge for such a filter with a built-in additive tank.
