FIELD: saw frames. SUBSTANCE: with the aim of increasing the number of double strokes of the saw frame by improving the heat abstraction from friction surfaces and decreasing the heat liberation due to enhanced precision of installation of v-slides relative to V-guides, the flat and V-guides have a bearing surface within the part dimensions with the maximum possible area of bearing against the bed. The flat and V-slides, whose races are made of antifriction material with a high thermal conductivity, for example, of brass, have a bearing surface within the dimensions of the part with the maximum possible area of bearing against the saw frame cross-pieces and are located between the flat and V-guides. Each V-slide is installed on a saw frame pin for movement through a sleeve with an external spherical surface and two inserts with hemispheres. The inserts are secured in a slot of the V-slide with the aid of a strip and studs for adjustment along the saw frame cross-pieces. The V-guides are built-up of components, and their V-component is attached to an angle for adjustment in parallel with the saw frame plane. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
