FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: driven cone is installed on oblique crank made integral with input shaft and shank. Driven cone is coupled with output member by means of flexibly yielding member. Driven cone is made of light and strong material with diameter of outer surface not exceeding d = D•cosϑ/2 ,, where D is diameter of friction ring contact surface and ϑ is driven cone vertex angle. Inner diameter of friction ring clamped between two parts of threaded bushing can be changed by turning and axial displacement of threaded bushing along screw slots in housing with resulting change of inner diameter of ring and gear ratio.
