FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: stream of refractory and oxidizing materials particles in carrying gas is mixed with stream of oxygen by drawing stream of refractory and oxidizing materials of carrying gas with pressure of 0.345 1.04 in stream of oxygen with pressure of 0.345 1.04 MPa with volumetric ratio of oxygen and carrying gas as (50 30) 1. In the case, at least one of components of following group is used as refractory material: chrome oxide, zirconium oxide, silicon oxide, magnesium oxide, aluminum oxide, silicon carbide, ferric oxide; and at least one of components of following group is used as oxidizing material: chrome, zirconium, silicon, magnesium, aluminum. Apparatus for method realization has bunker with refractory material, pipeline for mixture of refractory particles and carrying gas nozzle for oxygen feeding and sprayer. Sprayer has sucking apparatus with narrowing. Nozzle to feed oxygen is located on common axis with narrowing and pipeline for mixture of refractory particles and carrying gas is located perpendicularly to it. In the case, sucking apparatus is located on inlet end of sprayer or inside it. EFFECT: method and apparatus are used in metallurgy.
