FIELD: cleaning methods. SUBSTANCE: new high- temperature cleaning procedure for refractory structures is provided, chiefly before performing ceramic welding. Procedure consists in directing, onto the surface to be cleaned, a powder jet carrying fuel particles in oxygen-containing gas carrier, fuel particles and oxygen interacting in reaction zone on target surface, and simultaneously directing, onto the same surface, cleaning oxygen-containing jet, preferably with velocity exceeding that of powder jet to clean target surface around reaction zone. Ceramic welding procedure is described including preliminary stage of cleaning around projected seam. EFFECT: intensified cleaning procedure. 13 cl, 2 dwg
