FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method involves cultivation of bacteria and bacteriophages of staphylococcus, streptococcus, pyocyanic bacillus, Escherichia coli, Proteus and Klebsiella on the liquid nutrient medium. Every species of bacterium and bacteriophage is cultured separately but under similar conditions of cultivation for all species. Cultivation is carried out under conditions of intensive aeration and stirring of medium using exponentially multiplying bacterial population. Prepared phage lysates of all bacteriophages were combined to the total volume, stirred and subjected for micro- and ultrafiltration at the regime of tangential flow through membrane (pore size is 0.2 mcm) and membranes showing retaining threshold of substances with molecular mass 150-200 kDa, and then final sterilizing microfiltration is carried out. Purification degree of bacteriophages from bacterium metabolites and medium proteins is 98± 1,1%.
