METHOD OF PREPARING PREPARATION "SPOROBACTERIN" Russian patent published in 1996 - IPC

FIELD: microbiology. SUBSTANCE: proposed preparation is prepared from the strain Bacillus subtilis 534. Method involves the cultivation of strain in fermenter at stirring under aeration condition on the liquid nutrient medium. Sowing culture is obtained directly in fermenter under conditions of enhanced aeration (up to 50-70% of total medium saturation with oxygen). The main process of cultivation is carried out into the same fermenter using sowing dose 1-2×10⁹ cells/ml. After 8-10 hr culture growing when pH value is changed to alkaline zone pH-stating process is begun at pH value level 7.5-8.0 up to the end of cultivation. After cultural fluid pouring off microbial mass is separated by microfiltration method and washed out at diafiltration regime. EFFECT: high yield of Bacillus subtilis 534 biomass showing expressed antagonistic activity. 1 tbl
