FIELD: power boiler plants. SUBSTANCE: system for preparation of water-coal fuel for burning in power boiler plant has water-coal fuel preparation unit which consists of boiler furnace with gas duct and burner for burning the water-coal fuel connected to pipe line feeding the ready water-coal fuel, condensation heat exchanger which simultaneously performs the function of heater for water-coal fuel circulating through pipes and cooler for flue gases for cooling them below dew point accompanied by separation of condensed water, ash collector, drip pan, pump for feeding ready water-coal fuel to burners, pipe line for feeding the condensed water to water-coal preparation unit through neutralizer and waste gas bypass line. Introduced additionally into the water-coal preparation unit is grinding and coal washing unit; heat exchanger and condenser are combined in common housing forming condensation heat exchanger whose water line is connected with grinding and coal washing unit.
