FIELD: coal-water fuel.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the preparation and supply of liquid fuel to a combustion device, namely to the preparation of coal-water fuel for combustion in a boiler plant, and can be used at thermal power plants. A device for preparing coal-water fuel for combustion in a boiler plant contains a sealed vertically located cylindrical hydrate formation reactor, the cavity of which between its double side walls is filled with liquid refrigerant and connected to a thermostat. The first stirrer connected to the first electric drive is mounted in the lid of the hydrate formation reactor. A nozzle and a fitting are mounted inside the upper part of the hydrate formation reactor, through opposite side walls, parallel to the bottom and opposite each other. The nozzle is connected to a water tank with a water supply line equipped with a first pump. A cylinder filled with methane is connected to the fitting via a gas pipeline through a valve with a second electric drive. A pressure sensor and a temperature sensor are mounted inside the lid of the hydrate formation reactor. A gate connected to a third electric drive is installed inside the hydrate formation reactor. Below the gate, at an acute angle to it, there is a grate, the lower edge of which is connected to a through hole in the side surface of the hydroformation reactor, which is connected by an inclined pipeline to a tank for impurities. Under the hole at the bottom of the hydrate formation reactor there is a first screw connected to the fourth electric drive. The end of the first screw is connected to a hole in the side wall of the dissociation reactor, inside of which there is a coil, the beginning of which is connected to the boiler unit by a pipeline. The end of the coil is vented into the atmosphere. From above, the dissociation reactor is connected by a pipeline to the upper part of the hydrate formation reactor and by a gas pipeline equipped with a compressor and connected to the boiler unit. The lower part of the dissociation reactor is connected by a pipeline to a tank for purified water and a pipeline equipped with a gate valve with a fifth electric drive, with a pipe in the side wall of the mixing device equipped with a second stirrer connected to the sixth electric drive. In the opposite side wall of the mixing device, opposite the branch pipe, there is a hole to which the end of the second auger connected to the seventh electric drive is connected. The beginning of the second auger is located under the hole at the bottom of the tank for low-grade solid fuel. The hole at the bottom of the mixing device is connected by a pipeline through a gate valve connected to the eighth electric drive, and a second pump to the boiler plant burner. The thermostat, electric actuators, pumps, pressure sensor, temperature sensor, compressor and personal computer are connected to a programmable logic controller, which is connected to a power supply.

EFFECT: preparation of coal-water fuel for combustion.
