FIELD: refrigerating engineering. SUBSTANCE: machine has spherical housing with two inlet and two outlet branch pipes, two drive and two driven rotor pistons secured in pairs on shafts and arranged inside the housing and piston motion synchronization mechanism made in form of planetary gear train kinematically linked with piston shafts by means of link and levers. Each piston is made in form of spherical sector. Separators made in form of half-rings from antifriction heat-insulating material divide housing into compression and expansion zones. Pistons are provided with at least two flexible sealing half-rings made of antifriction heat-insulating material which are received by circular bores at radial clearance "h" relative to bore bottom. Layer of self-lubricating material, type plastic, is applied on inner spherical surface of housing, on surfaces of longitudinal sealing half-rings engageable with it and on surfaces of longitudinal sealing plates engageable with respective shaft. Each sealing half-ring is provided with device for adjusting the force of pressing its surface depending on rotational speed of pistons. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 cl, 13 dwg
