FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method is applied by increasing draining area by two drainages. After forming conjunctival and surface scleral fragments and cutting one more triangle fragment from deep scleral layers drainage is implanted placing its proximal end in anterior ocular chamber. Additional hydrogel drainage is applied perpendicular to drainage placing free ends in cyclodialysis spaces. Surface scleral fragment is fixed in four points not less. EFFECT: higher efficiency to treat all stages and forms of glaucoma. 3 dwg
