FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has a hyperbaric oxygenation chamber for a patient. The chamber has life support devices and a protection valve for discharging oxygen overpressure. The system has a protection device to prevent from unpermissible positive or negative oxygen pressure gradient values taking place in the local hyperbaric chamber for placing extremities when compared with oxygen pressure in the hyperbaric chamber for patient. The protection device has an oxygen overpressure discharge protection valve from the local hyperbaric chamber for extremities and negative pressure gradient protection valve mounted in parallel to the first one and connectable with each other through unlike pipes of oxygen supply and discharge. One pair of device protection valves of oxygen supply and discharge pipes is connected with patient hyperbaric chamber space and the other pair of pipes is connected with hyperbaric chamber space for extremities. Protection device prevention valves may be composed of pressure gradient differential valves. Prevention valves or differential pressure gradient valves are controllable.
