FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has drive 3 and housing provided with driving shaft 6 and end switch 17. Drive 4 is coupled with screw 13 whereon nut 12 is mounted. Output shaft 4 of drive 3 is connected with crank 10 coupled with link 9 through slide 11. Link 9 is secured to intermediate shaft 8 of driving link 7 of the free running clutch. Driven link 5 of clutch 2 is connected with driving shaft 6. Nut 12 can act on end switch 17. Scale 16, indicating amount of rotation of driving shaft 6, is provided on the housing.
