FIELD: mechanized welding and surfacing. SUBSTANCE: device has drive and spindle installed in housing and it has electromagnetic clutch, bushing, sliding contacts, rod, magnet, pointer and scale. Driving member of electromagnetic clutch is mounted on spindle. Bushing is installed on bearings. Mounted on bushing are driven member of electromagnetic clutch, rod, pointer and collector fitted for detaching. Sliding contacts, magnet and scale are installed on housing. Device provides surfacing in several modes without considerable readjustment which makes it possible to carry out surfacing of workpieces with smooth, slotted, threaded and toothed surfaces. Device is automatically returned in initial position after each surfacing operation. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 2 cl, 7 dwg
