FIELD: welding. SUBSTANCE: template is prepared to cut sheet-type member into pattern. Preliminary drawing of repaired capacity surface development view cross-section is made. Having plotted length of lower base of cross-section member on development view, they exercise turning of its axial line till angle between it and middle line of development is 35 - 55 deg. . From axial line along upper base of development view they plot length of upper base cross-section. Received points are connected and they get template in the form of inclined member. Using the template they cut sheet-type members from sheet-type metal. Then sheet-type members are formed by stamping or rolling, mounted on inner surface of capacity with clearance between members of 3,5 - 5. 0 thickness of sheet. After sheet-type members are welded along contour, clearance between them is filled with additive material of increase corrosion resistivity. EFFECT: method is used in welding of hermetically sealed capacities of chemical industry. 3 dwg, 1 tbl
