FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: after pre-welding preparation of base metal of component under repair, a transition layer is applied by fusion welding using a first additive material based on nickel containing from about 0.05 to about 1.2 wt % of boron and other alloying elements. Thermal treatment of transition layer providing diffusion of boron into base metal is carried out. An oxidation-resistant upper layer is applied to the transition layer using a second additive material based on nickel containing, wt %: 3-6 Al, 0.5-6 Si, 12-25 Cr and other alloying elements. Post-welding heat treatment is carried out to relieve stresses of the base material and restore the geometry of repaired area.
EFFECT: conducting fusion welding at ambient temperature, simplified repair technology and reduction of its cost.
