FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: method involves phase separation of splitting condensate 4,4-dimethyldioxane in settling tank, rectification of obtained oily layer, withdrawal of isoprene-isobutylene fraction in distillate and isoprene-raw in the vat product, two-step rectification of isoprene-raw with withdrawal isoprene-rectificate in distillate at the first step and distillate recovery at the second one (exhaust column of isoprene) to the feeding of the first rectification step, additional rectification of the vat exhaust column in column of additional exhausting, recovery of distillate from additional exhausting column to the feeding of exhausting column, mixing of the vat product from additional exhausting column with 1-20 wt.-% methyldihydropyrane, rectification of obtained mixture, following rectification of distillate isolated from the preliminary rectification stage and recovery of distillate isolated from the following rectification to the settling tank.
