FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: method involves interaction of 90% formic acid with 60-65% hydrazine-hydrate at molar ratio 1:(1.1-1.2) at 20-50 C following by exposition of reaction mass for 30-60 min. Process of semiproduct cyclization is carried out at the moderate increase of temperature from 115 to 195-200 C at simultaneous distillation off of hydrazine and water excess formed at reaction course, and process is terminated by condensation temperature change from 115-108 C to 55-65 C.
