METHOD OF SYNTHESIS OF BENZOXAZOLONE DERIVATIVES Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: product: derivatives of benzoxazolone (BL) of the formula (I) - R-Alk-NH-[R₁]-BL where R, R₁, Alk - are corresponding meanings. Reagent 1: unsubstituted amine of the formula (II) - NH-[R₁] -BL. Reagent 2: aldehyde of the formula (III) - R-(Alk)-C(O)H in the medium of organic compound. Reagent 3: compound of the formula (IV) - (Alk)-CHN-[R₁] -BL following by isolation of compound of the formula (I), or compound of the formula (II) is interacted with compound of the formula (V) where R₂, R₃, X - are corresponding meanings. Reagent 4: compound of the formula (IV) is reduced and if necessary compound of the formula (I) where X - sulfur atom is converted to the compound of the formula (I) by oxidation where R - group of formula (VII) where dotted line means additional bond, reduced and converted to the compound of the formula (I) where in the group of the formula (VII) double bond is absent.
