FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: controller has controlled stop 19 mounted inside the housing for permitting interaction with rack 18 of fuel pump and stop 15 mounted in the cover. The kinematical connection of lever 7 of rack with rack 18 is constructed as rotatable lever 10 pivotally connected to lever 7 of the rack by its one end, the other end being connected with rack 18. Rotatable lever 10 is mounted for permitting interaction with stop 15 mounted in the cover. Rod 9 of the spring anti-corrector is mounted for interaction with lever 7 of the rack. Lever 20 of the controller is pivotally connected with the spring corrector. The stop mounted in the cover is coupled with a solenoid. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 cl, 4 dwg
