Force lever 5 is pivotally connected within a housing and kinematically connected to clutch 4 and control lever 5 through controller spring 7. The other arm of the force lever is kinematically connected with rack 6 of the fuel pump. Rotating lever 13 is pivotally connected with force lever 5 and spring-loaded through additional spring 12 with respect to the housing.
