FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: controller has axially alined intermediate lever 7 and force lever 16. The levers are mounted inside the housing. Double-arm lever 6 is mounted on intermediate lever 7. The first arm of the lever interacts with core of tie 12 of fuel pump rack 13. The tie core is spring-loaded with spring 11. The second arm interacts with clutch 4 of the controller. Rotatable lever 10 with an eccentric is mounted on the first arm of double-arm lever 6 for permitting interaction with the spring-loaded core of tie 12 of fuel pump rack 13, spring-loaded rod 15, and adjustable stop 14. Rod 8 of the anti-corrector is mounted for interaction with the first arm of double-arm lever 6. Control lever 21 is coupled with force lever 16 through additional lever 19 and springs of minimum speed condition 22, intermediate speed condition 24, and maximum speed condition 25.
