FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: tank has housing 1 with filling neck 2 connected with discharging pipe line 3 through a filter. Electric heater 6 is mounted inside the space of the tank housing. The wires 7 of the electric heater are brought out of the housing and connected to the power source. The diameter of the electric motor is less than the diameter of the tank neck. The electric motor can be constructed as cylindrical pipe made of a fiber glass preferably. A conducting member is arranged inside the pipe along its length and over its periphery. The member is connected with the wires. A set of the similar pipes, interconnected through cross-pieces, can be arranged concentrically with respect to the cylindrical pipe of the electric heater. The pipes are shifted relatively each other over the diameter of the pipes. The electric heater can be provided with a weight made up as rings secured at the end faces of the electric heater pipe. An additional tank of lesser volume can be connected with the discharging pipe line of the tank. A valve is mounted at the site of connection of the tank. An additional electric heater is mounted inside the additional tank. EFFECT: improved design. 4 cl, 4 dwg
