SUBSTANCE: holder where heating element is secured is made in form of hollow housing manufactured from heat-conducting metal, such as aluminium or copper, or alloy on their bases; heating element is made from heat-conducting ceramics with resistive conductor embedded in it; it is tightly mounted in cavity of holder in heat-conducting ceramic filler of the same composition as heating element.
