FIELD: electro-optic devices. SUBSTANCE: combined device has day-light and night-light branches. Basic part of the device is fixed to operator's shoulder, and eye-piece part is mated with eye of operator. As a result, the objective of the device rotates synchronously with operator's head. Operator's hands are free. Electro-optic device has mirror-lens objective 20 which has protection glass 15, Mangene mirror 19, and flat contrareflector 16, image intensifier 9 and eye-piece part 4; all the units are mounted in series onto optical axis and enclosed into housing. Sync rotation mechanism 21 is introduced into the device which is bound kinematically with operator's head and connected with sphere heel 24 through the rod of spring-loaded hinge 22; the heel is fixed rigidly to operator's shoulder. Eye-piece part 4 is made of two-component turning system 5, eye-piece 2 mated with operator's eye and inclined mirror 1; all the units are mounted onto optical axis in series. Rim of eye-piece part 4 is made telescopic one at the side of the eye-piece and is connected rigidly with operator's head. The hole is made in non-working central part of contrareflector 16 where lens objective 17 is mounted onto optical axis of the device. The objective is conjugated optically with eye-piece 2 of eye-piece part 4 through the second flat mirror 18, the first component of the second turning system 14, the third flat mirror 12 and inclined dichroic mirror 7, the second component 8 of the first and the second turning systems; all the units mentioned are mounted at output of the objective in series.
