SUBSTANCE: device has catadioptric lens 2 which outputs image to photo optoelectronic device cathode 6, additional optical system, which consists of lens 18, turning system 20, projection mirrors 17, 19, 21, 7. Device is mounted to provide passing optical beam, which has passed through peripheral area of catadioptric lens 2, through additional lens 18, turning system 20, and its arrival to eye- piece 8. In addition lens of image generation and pulse laser semiconductor emitter 11 are mounted on axis of catadioptric lens 2 in front of its protection cover 3 outside of active region.
