SUBSTANCE: training program setting unit 1 is introduced into the device which has memory units 2-4 which permit to define degree of reduction in attention as a result of reduction in vigilance level. Priority unit 5 belonging to unit 1 provides priority to the third program in comparison to the second and the first ones, and the second one above the first. Operator's physiological condition level analyzer 7 memorizes value of background vigilance level, compares it with current value and generates signal in case if vigilance level reduces lower than admissible one. Unit 6 for setting operation modes changes background vigilance level automatically, as well as operation mode of the device. Device also has operator's reply actions introducing unit 20, real processes simulator 19, correctness of reaction analyzer 15, estimation signal former 21, registration unit 22, vegetative functions control unit 12.
