AGENT FOR REMOVING OF FAT AND OIL IMPURITIES AND METHOD FOR ITS PRODUCTION Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: household chemistry. SUBSTANCE: proposed agent as powder or formed porous body contains microcapsules (70-90 mass) of oil and fat organic solvent being encased in envelope of urea-formaldehyde resin and powder adsorbent, mass ratio of adsorbent and said envelope being 0.07-2.60. Mentioned above adsorbent is prepared during microencapsulation of urea-formaldehyde resin. Proposed agent is prepared by microencapsulation of oil and fat organic solvent during polycondensation of precondensate of urea-formaldehyde resin in aqueous medium, mass ratio of said solvent and precondensate being 100:10-50. The process is carried out at pH 1-5-5.0 and 10-30 C. Thus prepared product is allowed to stand within 3-48 h inside form in static conditions to prepare proposed agent as porous body.
