FIELD: protection of vessels from destruction. SUBSTANCE: lower part of a vessel is installed in thermal insulating shell with a clearance and has ad additional outlet opening, that communicates outlet cavity and the said clearance. Valve has throttling axial hole and is provided with a piston positioned in its lower part. Outlet cavity is positioned between the piston and valve, and closed cavity is located under the piston of the valve. The piston separates closed cavity from outlet one. Closed cavity is communicated through throttling hole to inlet cavity. EFFECT: vessel protection from destruction when frozen. 1 dwg
