FIELD: pneumatic-and-hydraulic power stations. SUBSTANCE: wheel with straight streamlined blades is mounted on the shaft. The wheel is coupled with the shaft through carrying members. Each flexible member is coupled with respective blade at least at one point. The other point of the blade is coupled with the carrying member. Each blade is secured to respective carrying member for permitting rotation about its vertical axis with respect to the fastening point. The fastening point is interposed between the leading edge and trailing edge of the blade at a distance of 0-0.4 of choired length from the end point of the leading edge. The axial space is made in each blade. The flexible members are constructed as torsions and mounted inside the spaces of respective blades. EFFECT: improved design. 3 cl, 6 dwg
