FIELD: wind power engineering. SUBSTANCE: wind motor provided with vertical shaft has torsions positioned inside spaces of cantilevers coupled with the shaft, blades rigidly secured to the outer ends of the torsions for permitting rotation in the vertical plane, hub-head, and shields-firings. Each shield-firing is mounted on the cantilever for permitting rotation about the longitudinal axis of the latter and secured to the torsion at the site of its securing to the blade. The bases of cantilevers are rigidly connected with the hub- head. The free ends of the torsions are secured to the bases of respective cantilevers. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 cl, 4 dwg
