The by-pass channel is made ring-shaped, its dimension in the circle direction is equal to that of the inlet chamber, and it is communicated with the discharge chamber by a slit-like hole. The hole performs the function of the by-pass channel. The drive mechanism is designed for the rod displacement in the direction of decreasing the volume of the discharge chamber.
