FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: inlet chamber of variable volume and a discharge chamber communicated between themselves by a by-pass channel having a valve mounted in it, are disposed in the housing with an inlet and discharge ports. The rod of piston is mounted in the housing for reciprocal displacement and interaction with the discharge chamber. The inlet chamber is made tore-like and is disposed along the periphery of the variable volume zone of the discharge chamber. The by-pass channel is made ring-shaped, its dimension in the circle direction is equal to that of the inlet chamber, and it is communicated with the discharge chamber by a slit-like hole. The hole performs the function of the by-pass channel. The drive mechanism is designed for the rod displacement in the direction of decreasing the volume of the discharge chamber.
