FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to medicine and are used in transfusiology. Device contains the first chamber with internal pressure lower than atmospheric for continuous collection of blood through inlet branch tube; the second chamber for obtaining blood from the first chamber through connecting canal; canal valve with possibility of manual control for closing connecting canal; and control device for simultaneous control of canal valve and internal pressure in the second chamber by switching between internal pressure, which corresponds to internal pressure in the first chamber, and pressure of surrounding air. Control means is made with possibility to ensure in the second chamber the internal pressure which corresponds to the internal pressure in the first chamber through the passage separate from connecting canal for supplying blood from the first chamber into the second chamber. Described is the second version of the device implementation which differs in implementation of means for control and blood processing, and method of blood collection and preservation with application of the device.

EFFECT: excluding depressurisation while pouring blood and elimination of device chamber blocking.
