FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: mill has electric motor 8 fitted into a housing, mechanism for regulating the grade of grinding provided with stepped cover 9 and lock 17; cup 24, threaded bushing 11 with flange 18. Bushing 11 has seats for lock 17 to be fitted into mounted in a spaced relation to each other, and support 2 resting with its tail against one of them. One of the mill-stones 23 is connected with bushing 11, the other is engaged with the shaft of electric motor 8. There is a supporting device combined of a base, supporting flange and flexible segment-type plates. Seats for the lock can be made like V-shaped slots radially located around the bushing of flange, with the lock having a bulge whose shape corresponds to that of slots.
