FIELD: rolling industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has drive, transmission shaft with mounted on it cable-guiding drums, transfer cars and blocks. Transmission shaft has mounted on it with an interval between each other cable-guiding drums, diameter one of which, that follows the first drum, is made according to equality of ratio of the first cable-guiding drum diameter to one of the following drums diameter and according to ratio of corresponding distances between centers of transferring roller conveyers in places of cable-guiding drums location.
