FIELD: shipbuilding. SUBSTANCE: ship's electric generating plant has thermal engines 1 and 2 connected by means of decouplers 3 and 4 with synchronous generators 5 and 6 equipped with frequency and phase sensors 7 and 8 connected to distributing busbars 9. Windwheels 10 and 11 are mechanically linked with wind generators 12 and 13 which are provided with frequency and phase sensors 14 and 15 and are connected to inputs (outputs) of cycloconverters 16 and 17. Inputs (outputs) of cycloconverters 16 and 17 are also connected to stator windings of synchronous generators 5 and 6, distributing busbars 9, storage batteries 18 and 19 and stator windings 22 and 23 of synchronous propulsion motor which is equipped with frequency and phase sensors 24 and 25. Connected to inputs of multiposition switches 27 and 28 are frequency and phase sensors 7, 8, 14, 15, 24 and 25 and their outputs are connected in turn to phase shifting devices with are included in control units 29 and 30 of cycloconverters 16 and 17.
