FIELD: splint-slab plate manufacture. SUBSTANCE: waste in acetophenol production were utilized by waste condensation containing phenol, cumylphenol, α-methylstyrene, dimethylphenylcarbinol, acetophenol, a-methylstyrene dimers and resin substances with formaldehyde in the presence of sodium or potassium hydroxide. Temperature is 95 C as self-heating effect. Mixture is stirred for 30 min, then boric acid is added for neutralization, and carbamide waste is added (5-15% of mass). Prepared reaction mass is dried at 50-60 C under residual pressure 10-15 mm mercury column. Resin has 0.11-1.4% acetophenol, 0.05-0.12% phenol and 0.2-5.3% formaldehyde. EFFECT: improved method of waste utilization. 1 tbl
