FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: line has platform with gas cutting post, apparatus for pressing out and crushing electric motors, apparatus for cutting stator and rotor rings, apparatus for removing copper coiling, transporter, press for removing bearings and contact rings from shafts, grinder with separating unit, furnace, containers. Electric motor is fed to platform, steel elements are cut off: pulleys, couplings, ventilators, covers. Shaft is pressed out on apparatus and electric motor covers and body are destroyed. Stator and rotor rings are cut off on apparatus in two parts and passed to apparatus where copper coil is removed and then ground in grinder. Insulator is extracted with the help of separating unit. Bearings and copper contact rings are taken off the press mounted on shafts of electric motors. Rotor rings with aluminum coiling are charged into furnace, heated up to 660-780 C, seasoned for 0,5-2,0 hours until total melting of aluminum. Products of scrap processing are stocked in containers.
