FIELD: electrical engineering; process and equipment for assembling electrical machines; repairs of submersible motor-driven pumps used for oil extraction from deep wells.
SUBSTANCE: novelty is that resistance of electrical machine rotor stacks is measured as referred to stator winding, data array ordered with respect to deviation from rated resistances of replenished stock of stacks is formed, and optimal sets are furnished for assembling rotor core from stacks characterized in positive and negative deviations of resistances to obtain minimal deviation of total reduced resistance of rotor winding from rated value. In this way steady and optimal value of reduced resistance of rotor winging immune to tolerances and deviations of self-contained squirrel-cage rotor stacks is attained during assembly of submersible motor. It should be noted in this connection that proposed submersible power installations equipped with centrifugal pumps are mainly designed for steady state operation with motor load power factor of 0.7 to 0.8.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and ability of steady operation under in-process deviations of rotor stack parameters making it possible to minimize maintenance charges of motors.
